Warranty Extension- HCL WE
All our products carry a basic warranty as defined in the warranty card. In addition to that, we have a very special offer whereby a customer can extend the warranty of HCL product for a period beyond the standard warranty duration. For e.g., a customer can extend the warranty from standard 1 year to 3 years by purchasing a warranty extension pack.

Ensures peace of mind by providing consistent support levels and guarding against downtime.
Provides fixed cost support including parts and labor for a better upkeep of PC for an extended period at a low cost.
Provides easy access to proven technical expertise and genuine spare part
Has to be purchased within 3 months of purchase of the product.
Annual Maintenance Contract-HCL AMC
In case the warranty on HCL product has expired, customer can still enjoy the comfort of HCL Service by purchasing an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Pack. This will enable HCL to take responsibility for the upkeep of the system for the period of the AMC. All the benefits of Warranty Extension Pack apply to AMC as well. However, the Warranty Extension Pack is offered at a much attractive price.
